Conditions

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We do not allow pets onto the property unless prior consent has been given. The property sleeps 8 people but there is a strict limit of 6 adults at any one time including visitors. We reserve the right to apply a security bond to any booking.

Cancellation Conditions

If cancelled more than 30 days before the booking date a full refund is given. If cancelled less than 30 days but more than 14 days half of the accommodation costs will be retained or payable to the operator. If cancelled 14 days and less the total accomodation costs will be payable to the operator.

Cleaning

The property is to be left in a clean and tidy state including bbq facilities and all rubbish to be placed in the appropriate wheelie bins. There is a $60 charge for all bookings to cover cleaning and linen. Any additional cleaning of the premises may be charged at the tenants' expense. Brooms, mop, vacuum and cleaning products are provided to allow for you to maintain the premises during your stay.
